The
new Gymnastix Rec League is a FUN, recreational
league for girl’s competitive gymnastics. There
is no experience necessary to be on a Gym Catz (Level 1) team. The Gym Flamz (Level
2) or Gym Starz (Level 3) teams require an evaluation and approval. Practices
are two days per week for all teams with practice times varying by level. Competitions
will be held at Gymnastix Training Center once per session. These competitions
will usually be at the end of each respective session. So if your little one has
the fire to compete, but isn't quite ready for our Xtreme Team, then this is the
program for you! 
60-minute class two days per week - maximum of 6 students
5
years and older (Kindergarten +)
NOTE:
A child is enrolled in the age group based upon their age as of September 1 of
that school year.
(I.e. if a child is in a Kindergarten
program in school, they can enroll in this class).
The

our Xtreme Team competitive gymnasts use. The Gym Catz level is USAG Level 1.
The gymnasts will learn the skills and routines on all four events (Vault, Bars,
Beam and Floor) and will compete these routines in a special competition where
they will be judged and given scores one time each session. This program is a
fantastic way for all of our gymnasts to be able to compete!
 75-minute

5 years and older (Kindergarten +)
