Sterling Classic Entry Form

ALL USAG entries must be done using the USAG meet reservations system.
All AAU entries should be sent via email on an Excel spreadsheet to [email protected], then continue to step 10.

1. Log in to your account on the USA web site (www.usagym.org).
2. Click MEMBER SERVICES.
3. Select “Club Administration” and choose “Meet Reservations”.
4. At the bottom of the page Click “Search for Meets”.
5. Choose “Women” and “GA” then click “Search”.
6. Click on “Sterling Classic” (sanction #?????)
7. Complete the Club information (club contact, etc…).
8. Then select the gymnasts and coaches attending the meet.
9. Click “Submit” and verify. You will receive a confirmation email from USAG with your team roster.
10. If you are paying the entry fees with a CHECK, please print the confirmation roster you received from USAG and include it along with a check payable to GTC BOOSTER CLUB and mail to Gymnastix Training Center, ATTN: Sterling Classic 4775 Thompson Mill Rd, Buford, GA 30518.
11. If you would like to pay the entry fees with a CREDIT CARD, please enter your Club Name, Contact Person Name, and Contact Person Email Address, and an invoice will be emailed to you.  Please note that a 3.5% surcharge will be added.
12. You entry is official once payment has been received and clears not when we receive your entry information.

For your convenience, you may pay online by check/routing # or credit card.  If you opt to pay by credit card, a 3.5% surcharge.  Your entry will be considered official once payment is made, not when your information is received.  If you would like to pay by check just mail a check made out the GTC Booster Club along with a print of your USAG Entry.
