Birthday Parties

Make their birthday unforgettable—without the hassle. Our birthday parties include a fully prepared party room, open gymnastics fun, and no cleanup for you. Just arrive 10 minutes early with your refreshments and enjoy our air-conditioned facility. Packages are available for groups of all sizes, with pricing based on the number of participants. Ages 4+.

PLEASE NOTE

  • If you have a specific theme, you are encouraged to purchase supplies and bring them to us for use in the party.

  • We do not provide candles or candle lighting instruments.

  • Nothing is allowed to be hung or attached to the walls of the party room.

A $100.00 deposit is due upon reservation. The deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. The deposit applies towards the total price of the party. Balance is due 1 week prior to the party.

  • Bronze Package

    Base Price
    (up to 16 kids including birthday child)

    - A special Gymnastix birthday T-shirt for the birthday child.
    - Balloons for all party attendees.

    Plus one fabulous hour of open gymnastics play that includes:
    - An obstacle course.
    - The Tumble Trak and trampolines
    - The rope and the famous PIT!

    Your party space includes:
    - Tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, and forks/spoons
    - Drink Boxes
    - A refrigerator, freezer, and microwave oven are available if needed

  • Silver Package

    Base Price
    (up to 16 kids including birthday child)

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR THE PARTY

  • Children must be at least 4 years old to have a party.

  • All children must be at least 4 years old to take part in the party activities. This includes siblings (sorry).

  • It is the responsibility of the birthday party child's parents to email a guest list of the participating children to glenn@gymnastix.net a minimum of 1 week before the scheduled party.

  • Activity participants must be in proper athletic attire. Acceptable examples are leotards for girls or shirts and a t-shirt for boys and girls. All children participating in gym activities must be barefoot in the gym.

  • Only children partaking in the activity are permitted on the gym floor.

  • Parents/Guardians of the birthday child are the only adults allowed on the gym floor, and solely for the purpose of taking photos or videos of the party. A waiver must be signed by each parent/guardian entering the gym area.

  • Guests not participating in activities must view the activities from the upstairs observation area or in the party room.

  • A guardian for each child taking part in the activities must complete and submit a waiver by clicking on the "Birthday Party Attendee Waiver" link here. Unfortunately, without this completed waiver a child is not permitted to take part in the activities.

  • Arrive only 10 minutes early and enjoy. We will take care of most things for you!!!

  • Please note that the birthday party does not have exclusive rights to the entire facility. Other scheduled events could coincide with the birthday party.

Note: parents/guardians of the birthday child are responsible for any damage caused during the birthday party by either their participating or non-participating guests. Failure to abide by any Gymnastix Training Center party rules or staff directions may result in the immediate conclusion of the party with no refund.
