Competitive Teams
Our highly acclaimed girls and boys gymnastics teams compete throughout the state and southeast as well as national level competitions. These teams have produced over 300 USAG State, Regional, and National Champions, numerous NCAA athletes, and one USA Junior National Team Member & International Gold Medalist at the 2016 Jr. Pan Am Games.

Girls Gymnastics Teams
Our girls gymnastics team is under the direction of optionals head coach Jennifer Camps and compulsories/xcel head coach Victoria Monetta.
At GTC, our goal is to prepare athletes not just for their current level, but for long-term success throughout the Developmental Program (DP Program). As athletes progress through the levels, the skills become more complex and are built upon previous ones. By the time a gymnast reaches Level 10, the routines are composed of multiple skill combinations that require a strong foundation from earlier levels.
We believe in a progression-based approach: our training incorporates structured skill development, conditioning, targeted warm-ups, and spotting when necessary. This ensures that athletes are building the necessary strength, technique, and confidence to safely execute their skills—not just in practice, but on a competitive surface as well.
Along with our competitive success, our program continues to focus on the importance of personal success, individual growth, and individual expression. Kids will develop skills that will last beyond simple sport and be carried throughout their rest of their lives by setting and achieving short as well as long term goals, managing time, and making short term sacrifices for long term success.

Boys Gymnastics Teams
In the past 15 years under its current direction, the Boys Team at Gymnastix Training Center has become one of the strongest boys gymnastics programs in the southeast. The boys team is currently coached by our Boys Program Director and Georgia 2012 Optional Coach of the Year Kevin Earney who took over the program in 2011. He has been joined by various assistant coaches over the years and is currently assisted by coaches Amin Zadeh, Glenn Rogers, & Michael Holley.
Since 2011, athletes from our team have won a total 68 individual event and all-around State Championship titles (maybe more. it’s hard to keep track), 19 individual event and all-around Regional Championship titles, several JO/JD National Championships qualifiers, and 4 Eastern National event championship titles. They have also produced one athlete, Andrew Bitner, who has been a 2014 & 2016 Jr. National Team member and represented the United States in international competition at the 2016 Jr. Pan Am Games in Sucre, Bolivia. There Andrew helped the USA win team gold and also medaled individually: silver on pommel horse, gold on rings, and bronze in the all-around.
We teach boys to push past their own perceived limits, to reach their full potential, to overcome obstacles, and rebound from setbacks. The first and foremost goal is character, and we strive each day to develop children into more than just athletes.
